Pupils must be present in school before the assembly commences.
The school is conducted under the supervision of the Director. The principal is the Academic Head of the school. The medium of instruction is English; Hindi the National language is compulsory and taught daily in all the classes. The other subjects taught, besides English an Hindi and Mathematics Science or Environmental Science, Computer Studies, History, Geography, Civics, Sanskrit, Economics, etc.
The parents /Guardian must personally visit the school to receive the report cards and meet the teachers to discuss their ward’s progress. Parents who do not do so, will indicate their disinterest in their wards progress.
In all cases of absence the parents/Guardian is expected to make an entry in the pupils calendar on the appropriate page, marked “non-attendance and Leave Record” absent of their days or more on medical grounds is to be confirmed by a medical certificate and it should be submitted to the principal along leave application.
This includes tuition fees, bus fees, library fees, science fees, computer fees etc. All fees are to be deposited in advance. Fees will only be accepted on all working days of the school from 1st to 25th of the current month without any late fee. Fees once again will be accepted in the following month from the 1st to 25th, but since fees are being paid behind schedule late fine Rs. 20/- will have to be deposited along with the fees.
Transfer certificate will be issued from the office on payment of fee Rs. 200. An application for the same must be submitted to the office, giving a clear 7 days notice for issue of the T.C. for those students who are leaving this state it is necessary for parents and guardian to have the T.C. countersigned by the D.E.O. transfer certificates school leaving certificates, testimonial and report cards will not be issued until all dues have been paid.
The school has buses which operate on all possible routes of the town. Withdrawal from school transport in midterm is not normally permitted.
All pupils are expected to conduct themselves in a disciplined manner at all time and in all places. Any student either willfully or through carelessness, is responsible for damage done to any property of the school, that student will have to pay the cost of replacement or repair. The school always looks forward to the co-operation of parents from day to day. Parent must ensure that his ward will not bring motor vehicle to school.
